AllSaints Ashford outlet seeks a Senior Stylist to lead a department on the shop floor and support management in merchandising. You will handle cash, open/close duties, and drive in-store and online customer service with a focus on brand values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year in a stylist role at AllSaints.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and manage cash handling and security.
• Drive product delivery to sales floors and ensure newness.
• Address daily tasks promptly while following policies.
• Mentor new joiners and model AllSaints ways of working.
• Support store/brand leadership with back-of-house standards.
• Lead rotas understanding and team queries.
• Highlight bestsellers and merchandising opportunities.
• Proactively approach customers to build rapport and close sales.
• Handle online customer queries via the service system.
