AllSaints is seeking a Store Manager in Ashford, Kent to lead a dedicated team and deliver an exceptional brand experience both in-store and online. You will partner with the Brand Leader to motivate floor managers and stylists, ensuring sales targets are met while upholding the AllSaints brand standards and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for fashion, and the ability to coach a team with resilience and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience in-store and online.
• Support the brand leader and store team in delivering amazing service and sales results.
• Provide knowledge, leadership, and support to stylist team responding to first-line customer enquiries online.
• Oversee monthly floor sets and promotions to showcase new collections and drive sales.
• Monitor trade opportunities and risks using reporting tools to keep PD across the business.
• Ensure floor management and stylist teams present a polished, aspirational brand image.
