Listers Group Limited, Cheltenham Toyota dealership, is recruiting a Retail Manager. This role covers finance and insurance sales, driving gross profit while guiding a sales team. Working hours include weekdays and Sundays on a rota, with a company car provided.

You will discuss customer needs, present finance options and ensure FCA compliance, aiming for strong sales performance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or sales leadership.
• Strong ability to discuss finance requirements with customers.
• Proven sales achievements in finance-related products.
• Organised with FCA paperwork experience.

Responsabilités

• Discuss the financial requirements of customers.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by the dealerships.
• Ensure customers understand the obligations they are entering into.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide coaching and assistance.
• Propose financial agreements to lenders and ensure FCA compliance.
