Listers is seeking a Retail Manager to grow sales gross profit and specialise in finance, insurance and value added products at our dealership. You will guide customers, coach the sales team and ensure compliant handling of documents.

You will be responsible for discussing finance options, advising on warranties and services, and coordinating with lenders to propose suitable agreements. Training will be provided for automotive financing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in retail or automotive is preferred.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and finance product upsell.

• Discuss the financial requirements of customers.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services.
• Coach and assist the sales team to improve performance.
• Propose financial agreements to lenders and ensure FCA compliant paperwork.
