Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in Birmingham is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor, greet customers, assist with product information, and support stock presentation.

You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, help with transactions, stock replenishment, and keep fixtures clean and appealing while following store policies and health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation across the shop floor.
• Ensure fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and display products in line with company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries as needed.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations.
• Support with additional duties as required.
