Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a Store Colleague to enrich the customer experience on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, help them with product information, and keep displays looking sharp while supporting stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
Responsible for achieving team sales objectives by identifying customer needs and promoting products.
Maintaining high standards of customer service.
Maintain presentation across the shop floor, fixtures, displays, and stock areas.
Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
Process transactions, handle cash, and assist with deliveries.
Use in-store technology to support customer enquiries and store operations.
Follow company policies and health and safety requirements.
