Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, answer questions, present products, and support stock replenishment with a positive attitude.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, maintain displays to high standards, handle transactions, and assist with deliveries while following company policies and health & safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the shop floor.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the store's day-to-day operations.
• Support with additional duties and tasks as reasonably required.
