Mitie is seeking a Retail Elite Security Officer to join the Total Security Management Team. The role involves providing a highly visible security presence to deter anti-social behaviour and theft while delivering excellent customer service.

You will liaise with store management, the Police and external agencies when required and must be flexible to cover various shifts and locations. The ideal candidate will have retail security experience, strong communication skills, and conflict resolution

Qualifications

• Experience in retail security environments.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Able to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
• Flexible to cover various shifts and locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and protect customers and staff.
• Respond to incidents and liaise with store management, police and external agencies as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues at all times.
• Use conflict resolution to diffuse confrontations and ensure safety in the workplace.
• Operate security technology and follow company policies to protect wellbeing.
