Job summary

Mitie Group is seeking Elite security officers to deliver exceptional customer service and a highly visible presence to reduce anti-social behaviour for colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence and be able to engage with the public in a welcoming manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, supporting police partnerships, and wearing Body Worn CCTV to aid in crime reduction and safety. Various shifts discussed at interview; pay rate £15.73 per hour.

Job Overview:

You must hold a current SIA licence.

Vetting

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history, failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Main duties:

• To deliver industry leading customer service
• To create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customer and colleagues
• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
