Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee store operations in Bristol. The role is part-time with a £2 per hour supplement while running shifts, and base pay £11.60–£12.71 per hour. You will lead shifts, ensure customer availability, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and a secure environment.

The role emphasises people leadership, inclusivity, and hands-on management to deliver a great customer experience in a busy retail setting.

Formación

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance of colleagues.
• Sets the pace of the team on shift to deliver a great store.
