Job summary

Iceland Foods Ltd in Bristol is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team as a part-time Retail Assistant. You will earn £11.60–£12.71 per hour, with an additional £2 per hour when you are on shift managing duties.

You will help maximise store performance, drive great customer service, and lead colleagues on shift. The role emphasises teamwork, inclusion, and delivering on daily store actions while following cash handling policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is ideal but not essential.
• Excellent communication with colleagues to deliver tasks on time.
• Plan and organise shifts using the whole team.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Set the pace of the team when on shift to deliver a great store.
