The Range in Aylesbury is recruiting a Duty Manager to support the store manager and drive day-to-day operations. You will lead the shop floor, coach colleagues, and ensure outstanding customer service, compliance and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and problem-solving ability.
