Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure excellent customer service, merchandising and health & safety standards.
• Lead and coach shop floor colleagues and support induction and development.
• Maintain store standards, stock availability and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures and safety regulations.
