Boost Talent ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its transformation function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role requires 2 days a week onsite in Bradford and a hybrid working setup.

You will lead a portfolio of digital, eCommerce and customer‑facing projects, balancing commercial priorities with technology change. You’ll drive a major website transformation, manage scope, timelines, risks and dependencies, and engage with business and technology stakeholders to ensure

• Proven experience delivering projects within a retail, eCommerce or customer‑focused commercial environment.
• Strong track record of managing digital, website, online customer journey or technology‑enabled transformation projects.
• Experience operating across both business and technology functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision‑making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of digital, eCommerce, customer experience and business transformation projects from inception through to implementation.
• Drive a significant website transformation programme, ensuring clear project governance, stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring priorities remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with commercial, customer service, buying, merchandising and technology teams to deliver business‑critical change.
• Facilitate project workshops, requirements discussions and delivery planning sessions.
• Challenge scope appropriately and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure projects remain achievable and commercially focused.
• Coordinate third‑party suppliers and delivery partners where required.
• Support business change activities, helping stakeholders prepare for and adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Ensure project delivery approaches are tailored appropriately, using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies depending on project requirements.
• Provide clear and concise progress reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery standards, tools and ways of working.
