Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Digital Workplace Project Manager to drive transformation across our FM estate in Bristol. You will lead end-to-end delivery of digital workplace initiatives, coordinating IT, facilities and vendors to deliver measurable improvements in productivity and employee experience.

Hybrid working pattern; 2-3 days on-site. The role requires security clearance (BPSS) and around 5 years UK residency. A Prince2/APM qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital workplace or FM transformation projects.
• Strong planning, coordination and delivery skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital workplace and FM transformation projects.
• Translate strategy into clear delivery plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and resources to progress projects.
• Manage scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and resources.
• Collaborate with FM operations, IT, Cyber Security and other functions.
• Support introduction and integration of new digital capabilities.
• Ensure governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
• Support change management, communication and handover to BAU operations.
• Monitor outcomes and benefits; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide delivery insight to support the FM Digital Roadmap.
