• Steer end-to-end digital transformation programmes and complex software delivery lifecycles from inception through client sign-off.
• Foster strong consulting relationships, managing multi-stakeholder expectations across diverse client organisations.
• Facilitate delivery using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks to ensure iterative value and sprint discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to align milestones with strategic and operational goals.
• Maintain delivery visibility with transparent status reporting to agency partners and client leadership.
