We're supporting a customer-focused retail business in the search for an experienced Project Manager to join their transformation function on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role requires 2 days a week onsite in Bradford. Please only apply if you live in a commutable distance to Bradford & are happy with the hybrid requirement of the role.
This is a hands‑on delivery role for a Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced retail and eCommerce environments, where balancing commercial priorities, customer experience and technology change is critical to success. You'll lead a varied portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on digital transformation, website development, customer‑facing initiatives and business change programmes.
A key part of the role will involve driving the delivery of a major website transformation project, working closely with both business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, risks and dependencies while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the business.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys operating at the heart of a business, bringing together technical and non‑technical teams, challenging where appropriate, and ensuring projects remain aligned to both customer and commercial objectives. You'll need to be comfortable navigating complexity, managing competing priorities and driving progress in an environment that combines modern retail demands with established legacy systems.
