Job summary

JN Bentley in Leeds is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver digital and business change projects. You will act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams, ensuring projects stay within scope, timescales and budget.

The role focuses on delivering business and technical requirements while achieving measurable value, user adoption and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

Experience delivering IT or business change projects.
Strong project planning and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
Experience using project planning and process-mapping tools (Microsoft Project and Visio).

Responsibilities

Collaborate on the planning, execution and closure of IT and digital transformation projects.
Define project objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
Apply project governance, reporting and approval processes.
Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers and business stakeholders.
Support achievement of project benefits and user adoption and realisation activities.
