Qualifications

• Experience with programme and/or project methodologies.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to deliver complex cross‑functional programmes.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of People Change initiatives within Digital Colleague Experience.
• Governance and reporting to ensure oversight and control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and track business cases, benefits, and delivery milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and the critical path.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are realistic and on track.
• Lead lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews with key stakeholders.
