Job summary

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to collaborate with Ferrero in the UK. You will build relationships with major grocery chains, drive in-store visibility for Ferrero brands, and use data to influence listings and promotions.

Based in North London with a defined territory, you will manage relationships, negotiate effectively, and pursue opportunities to grow Ferrero’s presence across retailers. An established field role with a company car is offered.

Field Sales Representative - Ferrero Grocery!

Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team and work with Ferrero, one of the fastest-growing FMCG companies in the UK. Ferrero's iconic brands include Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, Thornton's & Fox's Burton's Biscuits.

Location: NW5, North London

Territory: N1, N4, N7, N8, N10, N11, N12, N15, N16, N22, NW1, NW2, NW3, NW6, NW8, SW1, SW3, SW7, SW10, W1, W2, W9, WC1, WC2

Salary: £29,000 + Company Car + 11.5% Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with major Grocery customers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda & Morrisons.
• Drive visibility and availability for Ferrero’s brand portfolio within stores.
• Use sales data to engage key decision-makers and influence listings, orders, and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to grow brand presence and increase sales in the stores you visit.

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial acumen and a passion for working with FMCG brands.

• Competitive salary of £28,700 per annum + up to 11.5% performance-based bonus.

Requirements
