Job summary

Halfords in Kingston upon Hull is seeking a Deputy Manager to support store operations in the Store Manager's absence. You will drive sales, coach the team, and ensure service standards stay high in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires about one year of managerial retail experience, strong communication, and a good grasp of compliance and daily operations. You will work on scheduling and performance, with opportunities for progression and rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year managerial experience in retail.
