Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, seeks a Customer Service Assistant to join a fast-paced retail team. You will provide excellent service, stock shelves, process payments at tills, and help maintain store appearance.

You will engage with customers, seek feedback, and work across all store areas. You will follow safety procedures, support shift operations, and ensure accuracy in hours and pay. A Post Office Local check may apply where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out to ensure accurate hours and pay.
• Follow the Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and organized for customers.
