Job summary

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast paced retail team in the United Kingdom. You will be at the heart of our store operations, delivering friendly service, handling payments, stocking shelves and helping keep the store looking welcoming.

You will contribute to a safe, tidy environment and take part in ongoing coaching to improve service. The role involves working across areas of the store and supporting seasonal, community and charity events

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain the store’s appearance.
• Support on-the-job coaching and feedback to improve service.
• Help keep the store safe, clean and organized, and clock in/out to ensure accurate pay.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• Work across all areas of the store as needed and participate in seasonal/community events.
