Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our retail team in the UK. You will help deliver an excellent customer experience by handling bets, answering queries, and promoting our sports and gaming products.

You'll participate in a structured training programme and progress towards running Betfred shop operations, including opening and closing duties. A strong customer focus and flexible availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to engage all customers.

Responsibilities

• Processing customers’ bets in a timely and attentive manner.
• Attending to all customer queries quickly and knowledgeably.
• Engaging customers with expert knowledge of our products and promotions
• Supporting key promotional events throughout the sporting calendar.
• Maintaining a well-presented environment which customers love to be a part of.
• Being a team player – collaboration is key to improving the customer experience.
• Handling cash transactions with care and accuracy.
