Job summary

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will play a key role in daily store operations by delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and maintaining the store’s appearance.

You will be trained to handle a variety of tasks across the store, including tills, replenishment and supporting seasonal or community events, while upholding safety and policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Stock shelves and assist customers across areas of the store.
• Process payments accurately at till and support with replenishment and stock routines.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and assist with self-service checkouts as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and training to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and staff.
