Job summary

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team. You will deliver friendly service, stock shelves, process payments, and help maintain the store’s appearance and safety standards.

You will engage with customers, support various store areas, and participate in improving service through on-the-job coaching and feedback. This role emphasizes safety and accurate shift-pay procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with inquiries.
• Stock shelves and keep the store tidy and well-presented.
• Process payments at the tills and handle cash accurately.
• Assist across all store areas including online orders, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
• Follow safety procedures and Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• Clock in and out at the start and end of shifts to ensure correct pay.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and efficient store environment.
