One Stop in Leeds is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment where no day is the same. You will be at the heart of customer service, guiding shoppers and helping maintain store appearance.

You will work across tills, online orders, replenishment and stock routines, clock in/out accurately, and participate in seasonal and community events while upholding safety and shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on the shop floor.
• Stock shelves and keep the store tidy and clean.
• Process payments at the till and help with replenishment.
• Support day-to-day store operations and participate in events.
• Follow safety procedures and security policies.
