One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in daily store operations by delivering friendly customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and helping maintain store appearance.

You will be involved in on-the-job coaching to improve service, support security and safety, and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Comfortable stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are well displayed.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Take part in safety procedures and follow security rules.
• Clock in and out at shift start/end to ensure accurate hours.
• Assist with shifts in absence of Shift Leader or Store Manager.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
• Respond quickly to assistance calls and support self-checkouts.
