Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy local store. You will deliver friendly service, stock shelves, process payments and help maintain a welcoming environment for every customer.

This role covers the full range of store activities—online orders, tills, replenishment and stock routines—with on-the-job coaching to continually improve service. You’ll clock in/out accurately and help keep the store safe, inclusive and customer‑focused.

• If Post Office Local present, duties include day-to-day operations and passing requisite checks.
