Job summary

bp retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at a busy location. You will help customers with a friendly, efficient service and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues and customers is the top priority.
• Serve customers efficiently to meet their needs promptly and effectively.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock control tasks.
• Be proactive in supporting bp's offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.

What we are looking for

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don't expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively

• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
