Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support our customers in-store and contribute to a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

We offer flexible hours, career progression, paid holiday and a range of wellbeing and discount benefits to our team. Training is provided to help you develop the skills needed for the role.

Qualifications

• Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment.
• We provide online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills to perform your role at bp.

Responsibilities

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with bp beliefs
• Preparing and serving food and drink items from our Wild Bean Café
• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt

What we are looking for
