Job summary

BP Retail is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support customers in a fast-paced store. You will help meet customer needs, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment at the point of sale.

Full training will be provided, and applicants from 16+ are welcome. The role includes working with the Wild Bean Café, stocking shelves, and supporting store promotions and bp loyalty schemes.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No previous retail experience required; online and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.

• Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.

What we are looking for

Individuals with a passion for customer service and who are energised by working together as a collaborative team within a fast-paced retail environment. We don't expect all who apply to have previous retail experience, as you will be provided with online and on the job training to support you to develop the skills and capabilities you will need to perform your role at bp.

What you will be responsible for

• Making sure that safety of yourself, your colleagues, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority
• Serving customers efficiently, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively

• Taking in deliveries, replenishing stock and stock management tasks
• Being proactive with supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store, facilities, and forecourt
