One Stop, part of Tesco Group, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team in Cardiff. You will have a pivotal role in daily store operations, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments and helping maintain the store’s appearance.

You’ll engage with customers, seek feedback, follow safety procedures, support shift workflows and help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone visiting the store.
