JD Sports Fashion PLC in Edinburgh is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor, greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and uphold high service and presentation standards.

You'll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced retail environment, learn new skills, handle transactions, and contribute to the store's smooth daily operations while representing JD Sports values.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep fixtures, displays, and stock areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions and handle cash.
• Use in-store technology and systems to assist customers and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the day-to-day running of the store.
• Support additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
