Job summary

Sainsbury's is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver excellent service to customers in-store, including assistance at tills and at the collection counter. You will help customers with product questions, process payments and refunds, and promote available services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great shopping experience with excellent service at tills, website screens, and collection counters.
• Collect products from stock, take payments, explain financial services where applicable, and process refunds.
• Be present on the shop floor to assist customers and provide product advice; support stockroom when needed.
• Develop knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
