bp retail is seeking a Customer service assistant to join our store and be at the heart of our customer-facing team. You will help customers, answer questions and contribute to a friendly, welcoming store atmosphere.

We provide online and on-the-job training, flexible hours, opportunities for career progression and a range of benefits including staff discounts and wellbeing services. No prior retail experience is required, just a can-do attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Take deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock levels.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty schemes.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
