Job summary

BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help shoppers with a friendly, efficient service in our store. You will assist customers, handle enquiries, and work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

No prior retail experience is required as full training will be provided. We offer flexible hours, career progression, and benefits including discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and a can-do attitude.
• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues and customers in line with bp policies.
• Serving customers efficiently and meeting their needs promptly.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks from our Wild Bean Café.
• Taking deliveries and replenishing stock; stock management tasks.
• Supporting bp's offers, promotions and bp loyalty scheme.
• Carrying out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
