bp retail is seeking a Customer service assistant to join our store team. You will help customers, handle transactions and maintain a friendly shopping environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

We offer flexible hours, on-the-job training and a range of benefits including holiday pay and staff discounts. No prior retail experience is required as you will receive training to develop the skills and confidence needed to support bp's customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring safety of customers and staff as priority.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Prepare and serve food/drink from Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock.
• Promote bp offers, promotions and loyalty scheme.
• Clean duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
