Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Achieve team sales by identifying needs, recommending products, and promoting complementary items.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the shop floor and stock areas.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and deliveries.
• Use in-store tech to support customer enquiries and operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
