Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, recommend products and promote complementary items to achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep shop floor presentation high; fixtures, displays and stock areas must be clean and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing and deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store running.
• Assist with additional duties as reasonably required.
