Boots Group is seeking a Customer Advisor to work on-site in our stores. You’ll assist customers at tills, provide product advice and help with stock rooms, all while upholding a welcoming, well-presented environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions and give great product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes with clear information for customers.
• Help stores run smoothly by displaying products, serving on tills, and assisting with stock rooms.
• Work with colleagues to ensure a clean, presentable store and a great shopping experience.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
