Job summary

Boots is recruiting a Customer Advisor to join our on-site team. You’ll help on tills, advise customers, and keep the shop floor running smoothly while delivering great service.

Full training is provided; you’ll work with colleagues to promote store offers and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. The role offers an increasing hourly rate after 6 months and opportunities to develop within Boots.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on tills and provide great product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help ensure products are displayed and stock rooms are well organised.
• Work with the team to create a clean, presentable store and great shopping experience.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
