Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service at tills and collection counters. You will guide customers through in-store and online experiences, answer questions, and provide informed product recommendations.

You’ll also assist with stock, process payments, and handle refunds as needed. In this role you’ll build knowledge of products, services, and promotions to help customers make confident choices.

Qualifikationen

• Eligibility: You must be above the school-leaver age in your country.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
• Most roles are part-time with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens in-store, and at the collection counter.
• Collect products from stock area, process payments, and provide information on financial services; handle refunds.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, offer product advice, and help in the stock room when needed.
• Build strong product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers choose.
