Job summary

Argos Limited is looking for a friendly Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at tills, across website screens in-store, and at the collection counter. You will help customers with product questions, process payments and refunds, and support stock areas as needed.

You will become knowledgeable about our products, services, and promotions to offer confident recommendations and ensure a great shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Comfortable handling payments and processing refunds.
• Willingness to work at pace in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service at tills and collection counters.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and stock room when needed.
• Promote financial services and explain benefits where appropriate.
• Build product knowledge to provide recommendations.
