Job summary

Argos Limited is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service at tills, website screens, and the collection counter. You’ll help customers, process payments, and discuss available financial services when relevant. The role involves assisting on the shop floor and in the stock room during quieter periods.

You’ll build strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to offer informed recommendations and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers across our stores.

Qualifications

• Above school-leaver age in your country
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Most roles are part-time across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at till, on website screens, and at the collection counter
• Collect products from stock area for customers, take payments, explain financial services and process refunds
• Be present on the shop floor helping customers and provide product advice, assist in stock room when busy
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
