Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in Yateley is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy retail team. You will play a key role in daily store operations, delivering friendly service, assisting customers, stocking shelves and handling payments.

The role focuses on putting customers first, helping maintain a neat store appearance, and working across areas including tills and online orders. You’ll receive on-the-job coaching and be supported by a team that values safety, inclusivity and community

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail environments.
• Ability to handle cash and operate tills accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a busy store setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service with enthusiasm and pride.
• Assist customers and process payments at tills and kiosks.
• Stock shelves and maintain store appearance for a clean, organized environment.
• Follow safety policies, procedures and post office checks if applicable.
