Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Assistant for our busy retail location. You will deliver outstanding customer service, stock shelves, process payments and maintain a welcoming store appearance.

You will be at the heart of customer care, continually seeking ways to improve service on the shop floor through on-the-job coaching and feedback. Your guidance will help keep the store a safe place to shop and work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to handle payments and operate tills accurately.
• Stock management and shelf replenishment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customer feedback via surveys.
• Work across store areas including online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines.
