Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team onsite. You will help customers at the tills, advise on products, and support stock and presentation in-store. You’ll be part of a lively retail environment with a focus on service quality and a rewarding training program.

Starting pay ranges hourly from £13.02 to £15.10, with increases after 6 months in role. Boots offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career progression within retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listening to find out more, answering questions and giving great advice
• Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them
• Help our stores run smoothly - ensure the right products displayed, provide a great service on tills, help with stock rooms
• Work with team to provide a great shopping experience, ensure the store is clean and presentable
• Receive award winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service
