aworldwide, a retail solutions provider, seeks Assistant Contracts Managers to join the expanding projects team. Responsibilities include liaison with stakeholders, developing client briefs, and delivering to budget and schedule.

You will manage multiple projects, oversee internal support and third-party resources, and contribute to design management and contract administration. Flexibility for weekends and travel, CSCS and SMSTS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing retail building works projects in live environments at a management level.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction techniques.
• Good understanding of building design.
• Good understanding of commercial management of building works projects.
• Good numerical skills.
• Good IT and software operation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, travel and overnight stays.
• CSCS card is required.
• SMSTS certification is required or achievable.
• Knowledge of Retail Supermarket Works, AWOW Ideal.
