Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager to join a growing construction business delivering fit-out, refurbishment and general building projects across education, office and commercial sectors in the United Kingdom. You will oversee multiple live projects, manage programmes, implement CPPs and RAMS, and produce monthly progress reports for senior leadership.

A background with SME or regional contractors is preferred, with a salary up to £65,000 and a £6,500 car

Qualifications

• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment and general construction projects.
• Experience with education, office and commercial sectors.
• Background with SME or regional contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing up to 4 live projects at any one time (smaller schemes).</n>
• Managing project programmes and reporting progress against milestones.
• Reviewing and implementing CPPs, RAMS and site procedures.
• Producing monthly reports for senior leadership.
• Working with Quantity Surveyors and site teams to ensure delivery.
• Managing Design & Build and framework projects from start to finish.
• Maintaining control of project performance, budgets and timescales.
